Years ago I worked as a rural economic development consultant seeking ways to replace jobs lost to a mill closure. I came up with some creative solutions that worked very well for the community where I worked.

Lately I have put on my thinking cap to come up with a way that average busy people, working together, could create a consumers' league that will provide them with an income for minimal effort.
